  • At Travyurs, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

    • Refunds are applicable only on items purchased directly from our official website.

    • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the product.

    • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received

  • Certain products cannot be refunded:

    • Customized or personalized items.

    • Products that have been worn, used, or damaged by the customer.

    • Items purchased on clearance or during sale promotions.

    • Digital products or downloadable content.

  • To initiate a refund:

    1. Email us at support@travyurs.com with your order number and reason for the refund.

    2. Ship the item to our return address provided in the confirmation email.

    3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

    • Products with minor signs of use.

    • Any item not in its original condition or with missing parts.

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

    • The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

    • Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • If you haven’t received a refund after the specified period:

    • Check your bank account again.

    • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@travyurs.com and send the item to the return address provided.

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

    • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
